LEJ is a Pennsylvania statewide 501 c(3) organization established to champion small business owners and entrepreneurs, fostering drive, motivation, and creativity within the LatinX/Hispanic community, with a particular focus on early learning practitioners. Our shared purpose is to empower small business owners and entrepreneurs in achieving their educational, advocacy, and leadership goals, thereby expanding career and growth opportunities. Together, we aim to deliver enhanced quality services in early learning education, benefiting children and families in black and brown communities.
